Your IT policy forbids uploading client documents to third-party web tools. Ours are built so there is nothing to upload.
The problem you already know
Free online PDF and document tools work by upload: your files go to someone else's servers. Most firms handle this with a policy — "do not put client documents through web converters" — and then watch employees do it anyway, because the work needs doing.
What Untracked provides instead
Every Untracked tool is a single HTML file. The entire program — interface, logic, libraries — is inside the file. A document opened in one of our tools is processed on the employee's own machine and never transmitted anywhere. There is no server, no account, no vendor processing, and therefore no data-processing agreement to negotiate: we cannot see your files because there is no mechanism by which we could.
What a team licence includes
- The complete toolset (all 29 tools, plus new tools as they ship)
- Deployment on an internal file share, standard workstation images, or individual machines — including fully air-gapped networks
- Unlimited offline use; no licence server, no activation, no phone-home
- Version-verified files with a public changelog, so IT can audit exactly what is deployed
- Free updates via your order email
Verification for your security review
Before purchasing, your IT team can verify every claim themselves: open the file's source and read it, run it with the network cable unplugged, or monitor network traffic with any packet inspector — a properly loaded tool makes zero requests. See Security & verification for the full walkthrough.
Pricing
Team licences start at €499. Pricing scales with team size and deployment type — email support@untracked.tools with your headcount and we'll send a quote and the invoice the same week.
Who uses this model
Law firms, accountancies, medical practices, HR teams, and anyone handling client PII under GDPR — anywhere "don't upload client documents to third-party web tools" is written into policy.
