Refund policy
Effective August 25, 2026. Untracked Software, Via Augusta, 08006 Barcelona. Contact: support@untracked.tools.
Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked
Every tool sold here is refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email support@untracked.tools with your order number.
We mean the "no questions asked" part. You do not have to prove you deleted the file, explain what went wrong, or justify the request. There is no licence key or activation for us to revoke — the refund runs on trust, exactly like the tools themselves.
If you do tell us what went wrong, we will use it to fix the tool. But staying silent will not delay or reduce your refund.
Why we do it this way
These are inexpensive files bought from a small seller you have probably not heard of. Making a EUR 9 purchase into an argument would be a bad trade for everyone. A fast refund costs us far less than a dispute, and it means you can buy without having to trust us first.
How and when
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, we process within five working days; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, typically a further three to ten days.
After 14 days
The 14-day promise is a guarantee, not a limit. If a tool turns out to be broken later, email us anyway — we would rather send you a fixed version or refund you than have you stuck with something that does not work.
If a tool has a bug
Tell us. Every tool shows a version number and date in its footer — include it. We will send a corrected file free of charge. Because these files live on your computer with no update mechanism, emailing you a new copy is the only way we can deliver a fix, so we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Your statutory rights
For digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
This policy deliberately gives you the same 14 days back as a contractual promise. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for content that is not as described.
